SAE International’s Chief Human Resources Officer Melinda Rombold presented a Skillshop at WCX™17: SAE World Congress Experience in Detroit, Michigan. In her remarks, Rombold explained that when there is a high level of trust from both parties, situations are very easily managed, enhanced, and enjoyable. But when the opposite is the case, there is little or no trust; it is more likely to be exhausting, unproductive, costly, and even antagonistic.
