About the Presenter

Corey Dickert joined Milwaukee Tool as a Home Center Sales Analyst in 2007. Corey was promoted to Demand Planner in 2008 and was critical in building the foundation for our Supply Chain organization. He then transitioned into the Power Tools Product Management team in 2009, working as an Associate Product Manager - Corded Drilling & Fastening. In 2011, he was promoted to Product Manager and began to focus his new product development efforts on further penetrating Milwaukee’s core trades by working cross-functionally to develop more innovative trade-specific solutions for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Trades. Corey passionately embraced delivering these innovative, user-driven solutions, and drove the commercial strategy within the plumbing and electrical channels. Corey has been instrumental in devising the vertical integration strategy with electrohydraulic technology and worked hand-in-hand with the technical and operational leadership to develop the strategic line of Force LogicTM tool solutions. In addition, Corey has taken the lead in leveraging strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Uponor to further strengthen Milwaukee with their core trades. Corey proceeded to excel in various roles throughout the Power Tools Product Management team, making significant contributions in new product development and commercialization. In 2014, Corey was promoted to Director - Product Management, Plumbing and Electrical, and took on additional responsibility as they transitioned the Test & Measurement business into our Brookfield headquarters.

Corey continues excelling in executing the MEP commercial and new product development strategy.

Corey is now the VP of Product Management for Milwaukee Tool's Trade Tools. In his time at Milwaukee, he has worked on over 25 new product introductions with an emphasis on driving the voice of the customer into the designs. He is well poised to continue leading his strong team as Milwaukee strives to exceed the expectations of their core users and invest in exciting X2i initiatives within the core user verticals.

About the Presentation

Corey will be presenting on product development based on the integration of end-customer needs. Milwaukee Tool is known in the industry for unprecedented speed and volume of new products.
