January is National Mentor Month and we're celebrating our SAE Mentors and Mentees by asking you to share your stories and experience.

Week of January 9, "I am a Mentor/Mentee" Day:
Share what it means to you to be an SAE Mentor and/or a Mentee. Why are these roles important to your professional and personal self?

Week of 16, "International Mentoring" Day:
Share your tips and advice on what makes a successful mentoring connection. How can you be a good mentor and mentee?

Week of January 23, "Thank your Mentor/Mentee" Day:
Take this opportunity to thank a mentor or mentee in your life, and share how they have impacted you.

Grand Prizes will be awarded to 1 participant of each discussion thread. Winners can choose from:

Bose QuietComfort Noise Cancelling Earbuds
Apple Watch SE, or Samsung Galaxy Watch 4
Sonos One SL - Microphone-Free Smart Speaker

Additionally, if you newly sign up for the SAE Mentor Program anytime during the month of January as a mentor and/or mentee, and publish your mentoring profile, you will be entered into a drawingto win one of five $50 Amazon gift cards.

If you are a current SAE Mentor and/or Mentee, there will be a random drawing for one of five $50 Amazon gift cards.

1. Must be a current SAE Member.
2. Can only win one grand prize from the discussion thread participation.
3. Drawings for the gift cards will choose winners at random.
4. Winners will be chosen February 1.
