City of Calgary Manchester Centre Tour

Please join SAE Alberta Section for an upcoming facility tour on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 6 PM to 8 PM. The City of Calgary will be hosting the tour at their facility located at their Manchester Centre Building R (651 25 Ave SE; https://maps.app.goo.gl/sDhRJQ83B7LddEjJA; Parking available between Buildings Q and R). The facility tour will showcase the vehicle design and fleet maintenance initiatives by the City of Calgary.

Please sign up by 11:59 PM on Sunday May 18, 2025 to get your spot. There are up to 25 spots available for this event. Please ensure that you meet the dress requirements for a mechanical shop environment (e.g., no open-toe shoes, no loose clothing or jewelry) to ensure safety. The tour will include light dinner items (pizza, soft drink or water). SAE Alberta will be charging the following for registration, with all proceeds going to support the University of Calgary's UCalgary Racing team.

• SAE student member or current student with valid student ID: $5/person.
• SAE professional member: $10/person.
• Guest accompanying a SAE member or current student: $15/person.
